Jaffa Cake

Because a bite-size ball is nowhere near enough.

The classic candy has been reinvented with layers of orange sponge made with real orange puree cooked for several hours, dark chocolate custard and a thick dark chocolate icing. Topped with thin candied orange slices, the only thing missing is a crunchy shell.

Ingredients

Sponge: Sugar, free-range eggs, orange puree, almond meal, flour, baking powder and salt.

Custard: Thickened cream, egg yolks and 75% Belgium dark-chocolate.
