Vegan Chocolate Cake

Only plant based ingredients.

Given its layers of moist, fluffy chocolate sponge and rich chocolate icing, you wouldn’t expect this cake to be made from only plant based ingredients. A simple chocolate icing finish, it’s what’s NOT inside this cake that counts.

Ingredients

Sponge: Flour/Gluten-free flour mix, sugar, Belgium Cocoa Powder, vegetable oil, soy milk, flaxseed, apple sauce, white wine vinegar, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt.

Icing: Nuttelex, Belgium cocoa powder and icing sugar.
