This amazing chocolate cake is layered with Dulce de Leche for that super special taste.
Only available during December for the Christmas season. One size only (6-8 serves).
Gluten-free and vegan also available.
Cake: Plain flour, caster sugar, Belgium Cocoa Chocolate, free-range eggs, milk, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. For gluten-free option plain flour is substituted with a mixture of rice flour and cornflour. For vegan option no eggs or dairy is used. This is substituted by soy milk and lynseed.
Filling: Dulce de Leche caramel (milk, sugar and vanilla extract). For vegan option normal caramel is used.
Icing: Pepe Saya unsalted butter, gluten-free icing sugar, Belgium Cocoa Chocolate and Heilala pure vanilla extract. For vegan option Nuttelex butter is used.
