Pavlova Dairy-free

Just like our much-loved Pavlova, however this one is dairy-free! 
 
Free-range egg whites are used to create a beautiful crisp shelled meringue with a soft marshmallow-like centre. 
 
Topped with whipped coconut cream and fresh seasonal fruits. 
 
Gluten-free. 
 
Select from (seasonal dependent): 
 
Berries: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries. Drizzled with raspberry coulis. 
 
Tropical: Passionfruit, kiwi, mango and a touch of mint. Drizzled with passionfruit coulis. 
 
Small, double layered serves 12-14 
Large, double layered serves 18-20

Free-range eggs, caster sugar, white vinegar, cornflour, vanilla extract and salt.
