Currency and Financial Transactions
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All prices on our website are in Australian dollar and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our price list at any time without prior notice. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.
Your data is stored through a secure server behind a firewall on Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Payments
All payments above $200AUD, paid with a Credit Card or Pay Pal, will incur a 2.6% surcharge.

Images of our products have been provided for illustrative purposes only and Bakealicious By Gabriela does not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
When we become aware of any erroneous product description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Ordering Products
Our products are supplied and delivered to customers within Australia. By purchasing a product through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
When ordering from us, you will be required to provide your name and address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details and credit card information. We take due care with this information however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus.
Once you have emailed, phoned or placed an order online you need to receive confirmation of your order, this guarantees the order has been received by us. If not this means your order has not been processed through our system. If you don’t hear form us soon afterwards please ensure you placed the order correctly. In cases of product order rejection, the most likely reason for rejecting will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
Once you have submitted an order through our website payment must be made in full. You may not cancel the order regardless if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending. We cannot cancel or refund your order if you change your mind.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to Bakealicious By Gabriela.

An extended range of Bakealicious By Gabriela products is available for order by telephone or email and collection from 161b Eastern Valley Way, Middle Cove, NSW 2068.

Via email - info@bakealiciousbygabriela.com.au. An order placed via email is not valid until a confirmation email has been sent to you by Bakealicious By Gabriela.
Via the website – www.bakealiciousbygabriela.com.au You must receive a confirmation email of your order. This will guarantee your order has been received and is being processed.

Shipping
Postage and packaging is calculated at the time of purchase.
Bakealicious By Gabriela does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.
Delivery of orders is made as follows:
Fragile Freight: Includes non-refrigerated cakes, tarts, muffins, tarts, slices and loaves.
Fragile Freight is delivered within Sydney via a courier service. Delivery time for Sydney orders is 4 hours (standard service) or 2 hours (express service).
Refrigerated Products: Upon receipt, the products must be refrigerated immediately. However cakes are at their best when left out of the fridge for 1 - 2 hours prior to consumption.
Once you have collected or accepted delivery of your refrigerated products, it is important to follow the above instructions, as Bakealicious By Gabriela will not accept liability for any loss or damage.
To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of goods only.

We will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited if a product has been listed on our website with incorrect price or incorrect descriptive information and we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

All materials contained on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, images, logos, buttons, icons and the selection and arrangement thereof, are protected by copyright law. All intellectual property, unless otherwise stated on this website, is owned by Bakealicious By Gabriela.
