Piña Colada Cake

The evocative taste of our newest flavour, Piña Colada, will bring back memories of summer days, long holidays and lazing by the pool, cocktail in hand. Freshly made every day with a fluffy vanilla sponge soaked in Malibu, this cake also has crushed pineapple layered with coconut and mascarpone frosting. It's a decadent cake that will live in your memory longer than many holidays!

Image shown on picture is a double stacked 8 inch cake (3 layers each). Total of 6 layers. 

This cake can be delivered to your home or office across most Sydney suburbs. The 8 inch size serves 14-16 and the 10 inch serves 24-26. Can also be made in other sizes depending on the amount of guests you have at your event. Gluten-free option is available.

Ingredients

Sponge: Butter, sugar, eggs, flour, sour cream, crushed pineapple, natural coconut extract, baking powder and baking soda.

Filling and syrup: Thickened cream, Mascarpone cheese, crushed pineapple, sugar, cornflour, coconut cream, pineapple juice and Malibu.
