Gluten-free Naked Victoria Sponge Cake with flowers

Sydney's best gluten-free Naked Victoria Sponge Cake! 
Made fresh every morning with free-range eggs and no packet mixes. Fluffy vanilla butter sponge layers put together with handmade raspberry coulis and Mascarpone Cream.
Finished with Mascarpone cream and fresh flowers on top. Photo shows 8 inch size which has three layers of cake and feeds 12/14. The 6 inch size has two layers of cake and feeds 4/6. And the 10 inch size also has three layers of cake and feeds 25/30 guests.
