Handmade with diced chicken thigh and corn kernels, this filling features a tomato, onion, and thyme sauce, slightly spiced with Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce.

Dairy-free, with a thin shortcrust pastry made from olive oil and wholemeal flour.
