Carrot Cake

This delicious Carrot Cake is made with free-range eggs and crushed pineapple.
Three layers of delicious fluffy carrot sponge are alternated with layers of real cream cheese.  Full of beautiful spices such as ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon. 
Who says things that are good(ish) for us can’t taste amazing!

Sponge: Flour, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, carrot, crushed pineapple, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
