Very popular South American delicacy.
Dulce de leche is made from milk and sugar stirred for several hours until it becomes a beautiful caramel.
The caramel is then used to create a delicious baked cheesecake paired with a ginger nut biscuit base.
Decorated with dulce de leche on top.
