A symbol of celebrations.
From the outside in this cake is a chocolate lovers dream. A single bite will see you work through a chocolate mousse exterior topped with Ferrero Rochers, chocolate wafers and hazelnuts, before sinking layer-by-layer though fluffy chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse and of course an extra layer of Nutella for good measure. But despite all this, this cake isn’t too sweet.
Sponge: Flour, sugar, Belgium cocoa powder, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mousse: Dark-chocolate 73%, butter, cream and milk.
