This is a cake that has stood the test of time. Delicious and subtly sweet, each of the three layers of vanilla sponge are topped with mascarpone cream and handmade raspberry coulis – a combination that will continue to be a crowd pleaser for years to come.
Sponge: Flour, sugar, unsalted butter, milk, free-range eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt.
Cream: Thickened cream, Mascarpone cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract.
