Our double-layered meringue is made from free range egg whites and has a crisp exterior and beautiful soft marshmallow-like centre. 

Generously topped with whipped cream and seasonal fruits.

Our Pavlova is gluten-free.

Flavours (season dependent): 
Berries: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries. Drizzled with raspberry coulis. 
Tropical: Passionfruit, kiwi, mango and mint. Drizzled with passionfruit coulis.
