This cake may look simple, but it’s flavours are anything but. Blow-torched italian meringue outside, and hidden below you’ll find fluffy vanilla sponge soaked in a mixture of evaporated milk, condensed milk and cream, layered with a smooth cream made with condensed milk. Topped with a handful of blueberries, this is a true classic.
Sponge: Eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Filling: Evaporated milk, condensed milk, thickened cream and vanilla extract.
