Our Pavlova was selected to be profiled in Vogue Brides!
So exciting!
We're biased, but we think it looks spectacular!
Our pavlovas are made using free range eggs which give a lovely crisp shell and a fluffy marshmallow-like texture inside.
People traditionally think of pavlovas for summer, however by using the freshest seasonal fruit, they are delicious all year round.
Naturally gluten-free, they make an excellent choice as a wedding cake.
