Delicious and subtly sweet, each layer of vanilla sponge is topped with mascarpone cream and handmade raspberry coulis, lemon curd or passionfruit coulis.

Can be decorated in a Naked or Semi-naked style with fresh flowers, berries and/or macaroons. Icing can be made with various different colours to suit your theme.

Two-tier cake feeds 40 people.

One-tier cake feeds 25 people.
