Ingredients
Sponge: Plain flour, sugar, unsalted butter, milk, free-range eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt. Gluten-free option: Plain flour is replaced for a mixture or rice and corn flour.
Cream: Thickened cream, Mascarpone cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract.
Raspberry coulis: Raspberries, water and caster sugar.
Ganache: Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate 70.4% and thickened cream.
