Semi-Naked Cake with berries

This is a cake that has stood the test of time. Delicious and subtly sweet, each of the three layers of vanilla sponge are topped with mascarpone cream and handmade raspberry coulis – a combination that will continue to be a crowd pleaser for years to come.

Ingredients

Sponge: Flour, sugar, free-range eggs, baking powder and salt.

Cream: Thickened cream, Mascarpone cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract.
