As nourishing as a chocolate cake can get, this vegan sensation is made wholly from plant-based ingredients. Four layers of simply delicious chocolate sponge cake are layered with smooth chocolate icing. Finished off with berries, edible gold glitter and dairy-free chocolate drip.
Serves 25 (dessert servings).
Sponge: Flour/Gluten-free flour mix, sugar, Belgium Cocoa Powder, vegetable oil, soy milk, flaxseed, apple sauce, white wine vinegar, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt.
Icing: Nuttelex, Belgium cocoa powder and icing sugar.
