From the very beginning of Bakealicious By Gabriela, I made a commitment to my customers to always use only the very best ingredients I could find.
For example, only free-range eggs, Belgium cocoa, premium vanilla, natural colours, and the freshest fruit would be used to make my cakes.
I vowed never to add artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or packet mixes. Even our prettiest colours are created using natural food colouring.
This carries through to our littlest bites - our cupcakes and cupcake minis!
They may be small but wow are they delicious!
In fact, one 9-year-old customer announced them to be, "The best cupcake I've ever tasted!" (cute right?).
Even though we bake so many fresh every day, we never get tired of making (and eating!) our cupcakes.
They are the perfect creation - delicious with a cup of tea, a thoughtful gift, a stunning centrepiece at a party - the joys of a beautiful cupcake are endless.
Think of a colour or theme - we can do it.
And because we want everyone to be able to enjoy our gorgeous cupcakes, they also come vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or sugar-free - just ask!
