Reindeer Chocolate Cake

The best reindeer Chocolate Cake in Sydney - layered with delicious handmade Dulce de Leche.

Available during December for the Christmas season. One size only (8-10 serves).

Gluten-free and vegan also available. 

Ingredients

Cake: Plain flour, sugar, Belgium cocoa powder, free-range eggs, milk, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. For gluten-free option plain flour is substituted with a mixture of rice flour and cornflour. For vegan option no dairyer egg products are used. This is replaced with soy/rice milk and lynseed.

Filling: Dulce de Leche caramel (milk, sugar and vanilla extract). For vegan option dairy-free chocolate buttercream is used.

Swiss-meringue Buttercream: butter, gluten-free icing sugar, Belgium cocoa powder and pure vanilla extract. For vegan option Nuttelex butter is used.
